The Cheese #60 🧀 - Vegas, Hot Wheels, and Aaron Judge
Headed to Vegas on Monday...
Last Friday’s Warehouse Whatnot show was a clinic!
The team put on an epic 7-hour marathon show. Our previous show record of $31,764 was shattered. Just to really highlight this, our last 3 show records were total Bob Barker Price is Right moves. Each record was only about $200 higher than the last, where the team clearly fought tooth and nail to get to it. This show? $41,032! Absolute Domination! The month on Whatnot is likely a new monthly record, but it will also be one that will likely stay a record for a while without fundamental changes to the current cadence.
All of the other business units are performing extraordinary as well, which is nothing short of amazing, as this has been the trend for the past 6 months. Amazon is cranking! Membership scale has not been as easy as we had hoped, but is still at numbers above previous and inching in the right direction. We are on pace for a new best month company record in March (after setting the new record in February). Exciting times!
Our first campaign into the world of “clipping” concluded. Purpose was awareness of BattlGames, and I feel it was a success overall. Here is the best performing video from the clippers, https://www.youtube.com/shorts/dstp99FLoB8, with almost at 1.7M views, 30k likes, and we paid the clipper $450 for the success. We will be strategizing on how to utilize clipping in the future for our top of funnel. I am very bullish on this at the moment.
I am still yet to set up my first autonomous agent, and I have major fomo. Richard is up 7 agents currently, and the work they are doing is pretty darn cool. When I get back from Shoptalk, this is priority #1 for me. I am actually going to build out my plan on use and agents while on the plane next week heading to Vegas.
Next week is Shoptalk. Headed out there with Richard (CFO), Walter (Head of Marketing), and Chuck (Head of Sales). We have a pretty hectic schedule (more on that below), but it’s shaping up to be a very efficient conference.
Let’s get into the rest!
