The Cheese #6 🧀

Down a lil over 17 pounds so far, the momentum definitely has slowed down a bit but still seeing the weight come off. My snoring at night has decreased exponentially in the last week which clearly has a correlation to the extra baggage I had been carrying.

This week has been a crazy one.

Quarterly BattlBox board meeting was on Wednesday and it was in person which was a nice change up. We try to do at least 1 in person every year. Lots of great things came from it, some of which I will be talking about here.

The BattlBox content team is firing on all cylinders. It took from the start of the year to now but for the past 2 weeks we are seeing some major efficiency changes to support our initiative of MORE content.

Today, the ASOM crew is in Atlanta and we are filming the next batch of episodes, so can’t wait for you to see them.
