An eventful part of the week was our back and forth with TrustPilot, a 3rd party review site/company. We have used them for 10 years. Gave them notice not to renew, had negotiations with them for several weeks, could not come to an agreement, let them know we were cancelling, only to be told our previous request to not renew was not adequate, and we were stuck in the contract. Went public with it (link below). That caused one of their higher-ups to reach out and schedule a call with me. John, one of their directors, who had been with them for over 10 years. If I had spoken to John at any point prior, this would not have gone sideways at all. Such a shame. John gave me the option of the price reduction or letting us out of the agreement. We are moving down to their free plan for now, and the door is open for conversations in the future. We need more people like John on the B2B SaaS side (John at Trustpilot, not me lol).

I had only taken 2 trips (lunch with a friend and a dental cleaning) with my new Tesla X before Tesla announced that they are done making the vehicle I had just bought. Not sure how I feel about this lol. Side note, I let the car drive me to and from on both trips, and it’s quite a different experience. Mind is still blown, this is even a thing.

We are over $200k for the month on Whatnot as of Thursday morning, but no shot at a new record. For the first time, we won’t set a new monthly record. Pretty impressive to do it 8 months in a row. For now, our best month will continue to be December 2025 at $277k. I am guessing the Whatnot crew will be fired up, and February will destroy December. We also have 2 LIVE Shows from Miami in February with 4 of our hosts coming down to the event, going to be epic.

Membership finally found its groove the last few days, and we should end up exactly where we want by the end of the 3rd. We will then immediately try to scale past that number on the 4th, as we have taken all of our Purchase Orders up significantly for the future boxes. Exciting times!

Rocking and Rolling with sponsorships via Chuck’s efforts at the SHOT Show. As of today, we have now done more sponsorship sales for Season 3 than we did in Season 2’s entirety. Also, fun fact, we were at $0 sales for Season 2 at the end of January last year. Yep, you read that correctly. We had not even started selling sponsorships at this time last year.
