As you read this I will be on a bachelor party at the bachelor party capital of the world… Connecticut! Lol what? Bunch of middle aged dudes so this one could actually be fun given the location. Beach, Pizza (New Haven), Casinos, and some good dinners. Should be a little more chill than previous bachelor parties, but should still be a great time.

On the new member acquisition front with BattlBox, the revisions to the “case” promo to match the value prop of the “bag” did NOT work. Going to revisit the video structure and see if we missed the mark there. Thought the value prop was the missing element, but clearly we were wrong. It’s probably around 6-8 weeks until we have more bags in house so we need to figure out some more winning intros before then.

Whatnot time! We finished July at $166k, beating our June record of $156k. We were sitting at $146k going into our last show of the month. A record did not look possible but Brandon (hosting) and Cameron (showrunning) had plans to still set a record and boy did they. They ran the show for right at about 6 hours and also set a record for our best show ever. Wonderful way to end the month. This months focus is to get our vibe coded whatnot tool launched and to hire 2 more hosts. With the addition of two more hosts, we will be able to hit around 35-40 hours of live selling on Whatnot a week. We might see some saturation at that point and if so, the conversations around launching a secondary channel will come into play. Also, we are planning on doing a TikTok Live Selling test this month too.

Keto/Diet - Weighed in at 129.7 lbs. This is also after having some carbs for dinner last Saturday. Had tacos with actual tortillas (crazy I know) and several pieces of Banana Nut Bread that I made from scratch for Johnny. Def going to be eating carbs on this bachelor party and next week as well when I am out of town at our warehouse. Will be interesting to see what my weight looks like going into heavy travel and bad food decision season.
